Job description:GHC’s U.S. Fellowship is an exciting 12-month opportunity to build skills as an effective leader and catalyze your personal and professional growth, placing you within a global and diverse network of bright, young, and committed health equity champions.

At time of submitting an application, applicant must be between the ages of 21 - 30 years by June 15, 2024.

The fellowship is a tuition-free 1- year fellowship for U.S. based early career (ages 21-30) non-clinical public health professionals, with a focus on persons with diverse lived experiences. With virtual monthly workshops and two in-person gatherings, the fellowship is thoughtfully designed for public health workers already working in full-time jobs, who have been in their current role for 6 or more months. Travel to retreat locations, lodging costs, and most meals for the in-person retreats will be covered by GHC.

The GHC Fellowship in the U.S. identifies diverse, high-potential, emerging public health leaders and provides them with the leadership training, coaching, network, and resources to excel in their careers and advance health equity.

The U.S. Fellowship builds on the foundation of GHC’s existing partnerships and 500 U.S.-based alumni. It equips participants with skill building, coaching, mentorship, integration into a global community, and access to networks and opportunities to deepen their impact and influence on U.S. health systems.
