The SAVIR conference plays a vital role in the dissemination of injury and violence prevention and safety promotion through cutting-edge methods, research, practice, and policy. Gather your colleagues and join us for the 2022 SAVIR conference in Washington DC from March 30-April1, 2022 hosted by the George Washington University Center for Injury Prevention and Control. Our current plan is to host a multi-access conference that includes onsite and virtual options to attend. You must show proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination in order to attend the 2022 SAVIR Meeting in person.

SAVIR is requiring all attendees & speakers to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and will be following the most current CDC recommendations for gatherings

  • All participants attending the Annual Meeting must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to participate. Fully vaccinated means a person has received their primary series of COVID-19 vaccines.   • Face mask-wearing is required for all activities at the Annual Meeting.
