Announcing the One-Ten Campaign!
Recruit 5 new members by 3/31
SAVIR is working to grow our membership and we’d like your help! By expanding our national and global membership, we can increase the power of our collective voice and build a strong research network of individuals and organizations committed to violence and injury prevention and care.
The SAVIR executive committee challenges all existing members to recruit 10 new SAVIR members to join our organization.
Each member who recruits at least 5 new members by 3/31/23 will be entered into a drawing for the following prizes:
- 1st prize (2 winners): $50 Amazon gift card + ticket to the conference social event ($35 value)
- 2nd prize (3 winners): ticket to the conference social event ($35 value)
Need some ideas to get started? Here are a few—
- Sponsor a student member.
- Share information about SAVIR with other organizations you belong to.
- Encourage your co-authors to join SAVIR.
- Talk to your work colleagues about the benefits of SAVIR membership.
- Don’t forget to invite non-faculty research staff to join SAVIR.
The Fine Print: In order to be counted as a successful recruit, the new member must list the existing member’s name on their membership application form when they join. Prize winners will be announced at the SAVIR Conference in April 2023. Winners do not need to be present to win.
