CAPT Holly Billie (Navajo) is a commissioned officer in the US Public Health Service and currently serves as the Indian Health Service (IHS) Injury Prevention Program Manager. CAPT Billie also worked at the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Prevention National Center for Injury Prevention and Control serving as the IHS liaison and subject matter expert on tribal road safety.
Dr. Nhan Tran is the Coordinator of the Unintentional Injury Prevention Team (UIP) within the Department for Management of Noncommunicable Diseases, Disability, Violence and Injury Prevention (NVI) at the WHO. He coordinates work in the areas of unintentional injury prevention, focused mainly on road safety, injury surveillance/surveys and alcohol and drug-related injuries.
